Enjoy Yoga classes at Parkdale in a comfortable and peaceful environment in spaces given over entirely to Yoga practice. Groups are small - ten maximum - which ensures personal attention. Mats are provided if you do not have your own.

 

Weekly classes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7-9pm. These use Hatha Yoga to promote, health, relaxation, energy and meditative states. Raja Yoga is used to build on this and move deeper into meditation. These classes can be enjoyed by most people in moderate health though the Thursday class is usually the most vigorous and more suited to experienced practitioners. You can try one class first at £6 per class, thereafter the charge is £36 for six booked in advance. Any six can be booked in advance and your place is guaranteed. Private Yoga Classes  £30 one person, £35 two people, groups please enquire. Session lasts 1 - 1.5 hours. Individual programmes can be devised in these sessions to suit your particular needs and condition.

 

Residential Yoga Weekends March 20th - 21st, May 1st - 2nd, August 14th - 15th, September 25th - 26th, October 16th - 17th. These experiential weekends are ideal for regular practitioners and teachers wishing to dive deep. Adventurous novices are also welcome to attend. Their focus is on the inner orientation we need to bring to our practice for its full potency to be realised and for our pristine, easeful, natural mind to reveal itself, though each weekend will approach the matter from a unique perspective. 6 - 8 hours of practice are involved, including Hatha Yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. Two talk/discussion sessions usefully engage the mind! These weekends also can be accrued as part of our Teacher Training. Food is vegetarian or vegan; accommodation is in double and treble rooms; the group is small. £150 inclusive, payable in advance.
